Capital One Platinum Card
The Platinum Card from Capital One offers great value with its low rate of just 14.9% typical APR. Although this isn't quite the lowest rate card on the market, it's surely up there with the contenders.
Along with this great rate there's a 0% deal until 1st November 2009 on both purchases and balance transfers, and although a balance transfer fee applies, it's one of the lowest on the market at just 3% - with most cards now heading towards a standard fee of 3%, a large balance transfer to Capital One could save you £££s in comparison.
Of course, with such a great range of features, you'll need a good credit to stand a chance of being approved, but if you do have a good credit score then this is a hard card to beat.
