The Cahoot Visa is, on the face of it, a card lacking any distinguishing features : no balance transfer deal, no intro purchase rate, no rewards or cashback.
However, one feature makes it stand out : the Cahoot Web Card feature means that you never have to give out your card number when you're shopping online.
Every time you're asked for your card details, you can generate a one-off number that you can use for that transaction only - in effect, a disposable credit card that you use once and then cancel.
This means that even if a fraudster somehow gets hold of your number, it will be useless as it's only valid for a single transaction.
So, if you use your card a lot on the internet, and have concerns about security and fraud, the Cahoot Visa may be worth considering for this feature alone.
