Barclaycard Platinum Credit Card

The original Barclaycard was the first credit card to be launched in the UK, way back in 1967. This platinum card is basically Barclaycard's updated version of that card - their standard, flagship card.

The main selling point is the long balance transfer introductory period, with 0% APR on offer for 14 months.

There's also a 0% deal on purchases, but that only lasts for 3 months.

If the Barclaycard Platinum isn't for you, you may find their Initial (for bad credit ratings) or Simplicity (single fixed rate) cards more suitable.
